Since the program's start back in 2019, the Louisiana Tech Men's Club Volleyball team has continued to exceed expectations over the years, growing in size, expanding its brand, advancing in skill, and much more. This season, however, has been set apart from the others with several "firsts" for the program.
Coming off of the club's first National's appearance in 2023, the team ranked in at 12th after its pre-season performance. Since then, the team has continued to climb in rankings after the first two conference tournaments, standing at 4th overall after the SIVA Crossover Tournament. Their only losses come to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd seeds in conference - Baylor University, Texas A & M, and LSU.
After a much earned quart break, the team is now returning and locked in to prepare for its first appearance at the Elite 8 Invitational Tournament which is reserved for the top 8 ranked teams in the conference. The A-Team will be joined at this tournament by LSU, Baylor University, Texas A&M, UTSA, University of Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State University. This tournament will solidify their final rankings going into the SIVA Championship Tournament on March 30th in Fort Worth, TX. You can watch all matches on www.facebook.com/LATechMVB.
